Picturing his case. --Conrad Murphy, an evil-door, was yesterday arrested and consigned to a resting place in the Old Market prison for turning his cows into the Capital Squire to graze upon the beautiful grass there, which is only intended for the comfort of visitors, and the benefit of the comfort of visitors and the benefit of the four footed stock of his Excellency, the Governor.
Discharged. --Conrad Murphy, who was before the Mayor on Tuesday last, charged with turning his cows into Capitol Square, made his appearance again on yesterday to answer for the offence. The case was satisfactorily explained and the defendant discharged.
