Yesterday morning Mrs. Densler was examined as a witn he morning of the 9th instant, about the hour of 6 o'clock, Myer came to her store and asked the privilege of bringing in so by two white men, and which he wished to purchase.
Knowing Myer, she gave her consent, and the four barrels, containing coffee were brought in. Myer examined the article, and made an offer for it. The men refused to accept his offer, and he declin dray, and putting the barrels upon it, started off, leaving Myer standing in her door.
