A "Fast" young man. --The Vicksburg Waig states that John Neagle, who deserted a Louisiana regiment just before the battle of Oak Hill, and who is reported to have given Lyon notice of the plans and advance of the Confederates, is known here by many of our citizens. He came here as a printer, with Dr. Hagan, when the Sentinel was first started in this city. He disappeared some years after and turned up in Morehouse parish, La., where he married an old lady with some property. He spent her money, brought her negroes to this place and sold them. After squandering her money he left her very suddenly, leaving numbers of bills unsettled; and was next heard of in the lower part of Louisiana, where he had married again. He remained with his second wife until he had spent all her means, and then left her. He was on the eye of being married to a third wife in Natchitoches parish last winter, when some one who knew him gave timely warning, there by saving another victim from his vill
