t. W. N. Nelson, of Clarke, was seriously wounded in the breast. Hopes are, however, entertained of his recovery. The "Winchester Riflemen" lost 5 killed and 14 wounded. The bodies of the killed reached here Tuesday evening. They were Lloyd Powell, Isaac Glaize, Owen Burgess, Chas. Mitchell and Chas. Young. Capt. Nadenbousch's company, of Martinsburg, performed good service. The bodies of four of his company were sent on through here Tuesday. We were pained to learn that two of tieut. D. H. Manor.
