Arrest. --Sarah, a slave belonging to Jas. Powers, Esq., was arrested by the city police on yesterday, charged with stealing a gold ring belonging to a man whose name, according to the cage register, is "F.Fobchain." but supposed to be Cohen, by those who are good at chirographic guessing.
