Important from Missouri. reported retreat of Price towards Arkansas. Strauss, Mo., Oct. 20. --Major Scott, of Gen. Siezel's staff, who left Warsaw yesterday, says that definite and satisfactory information had been received at Siegel's camp that the rebels under Gen. Price., She is probably in this city, or has mode her way to Mr. Price's. I will give the above reward, if delivered to me here or if longed in fall in the county or city.
