Polk, by means of a false key and lock pick, and stealing a quantity of shoes and other valuables. The prisoner's wife, who is Mr. P.'s servant, testified in behalf of the Commonwealth, and established the guilt of the accused, who was remanded for final trial by the Hustings Court.
