reon and thereunto belonging, being that part of the Real Estate of said Intestate which was set off to Abigail his widow, for her dower and has reverted by her death * * * * * Accordingly I order the before named Assignee Benjamin his Heirs, &c in the first Place to pay and clear the Charges relating to this Settlement, amounting in the whole to Forty Nine shillings & four pence—Then to pay to his brother Andrew One Hundred & Fifty Eight Pounds 19s 3 3/5 & to each of his brothers Isaac, Richard, Ebenezer, Josiah and James, the sum of Seventy Nine Pounds 9s 7 4/5, & to his sister Sarah Fifty Four Pounds Six Shillings & 5 4/5 pence, & to his sister Anna Twenty Nine Pounds 1s 2 4/5 pence; or to pay these several sums to the persons who may legally represent those to whom they are respectively assigned.
