Prisoners captured. --The Fortress Monroe correspondent of the New York Herald, writing July 2d, speaking of the few Confederate prisoners in the hands of the enemy, says: Among them are fifty-three officers, two Colonels, three Lieutenant Colonels, and three Majors.
