Continued. --The charge against Catherine Hackerty, of beating Elizabeth Winhold, was continued by the Mayor till this morning. William H. Gentry and Benjamin Scott were arraigned on the charge of feloniously and burglariously entering the residence of John Graves, a few nights since, and stealing three vests, valued at $30, one overcoat, worth $180 one double blanket, valued at $25; three quilts, worth $75; and several other articles, worth about $100 more. This case was partially heard, when the Mayor continued it till Friday morning, on account of the absence of an important witness.
