Ro-arrested. --The reporter of the Dispatch learns, by a note from the counsel of Wm. R. Snow, who, it will be remembered, was before Judge Lyons on a habeas corpus Tuesday, praying to be released from the duress imposed on him by order of Gen. Beauregard. that "the man was discharged, as soon as the argument was concluded, from the process under which he was held."
