The Legislature. --In the Senate, yesterday, the following are the most important of the resolutions of inquiry offered: By Mr. Spitler: Of making it compulsory on the County Courts to provide for the support of the destitute families of soldiers. By Mr. Stephenson: Of granting to debtors the privilege of tendering in payment of all debts now due, or that may become due during the war, Confederate States Treasury notes in payment, and in case the creditor refuses to receive said notes, then, in that case, the interest on said debt to cease from the date of said tender.
