ad requisite rest and supplies. I state these facts because the crisis seems to have passed. Reinforcements and supplies have been forwarded. Meeting of Governors — a Camp to be established in Cleveland. [From the Cleveland Herald, 5th.] Yesterday afternoon an important conference was held at the Angier House, at which was present Governor Todd, of Ohio; Governor Solomon, of Wisconsin; Governor Morton, of Indians; Governor Blair, of Michigan; General Buckingham, of Washington; Colonel Stager, Superintendent of Military Telegraphs, and Colonel Temple, of Kentucky. Governor Curtin, of Pennsylvania; Governor Morgan, of New York, and Secretary of State William H. Seward, were expected but did not arrive. We are not apprised of the full results of the conference, but we understand that one of the acts determined on is the establishment of a Camp of Instruction in Cleveland, in which recruits from this neighborhood will be collected and drilled.
