Daniel Kelligan, charged with stealing $72 from Cassius Castilina; Jacob Dillman, charged with assaulting Catherine Powell; George, slave of A. L. Holliday, charged with stealing a lot of wearing apparel from Charlotte, slave of Elizabeth Stewart; Joseph Schriver, charged with using city water without paying therefore.
