A family of soldiers. --In the Bedford companies, now quartered near this city, are four brothers, the entire family of an old man, living near Big Island, named Solomon Tanner. They were the principal support of their father, but with a cheerful heart he bid them go in defence of their county, whatever fate might befall him.
