The late suicide of Mr. Stringham. --The Norfolk Day Book, of yesterday, has the following in relation to the suicide of Thomas D. Stringham, committed at the Entrenched Camp, near that city, on Friday, mention of which was made in this paper yesterday: The unfortunate young man was only about 22 years of age, and much liked by his comrades for his quiet, kind and retiring disposition, He had had a slight attack of intermittent fever, but was entirely convalescent, and on the morning of his death until the time of the committal of the act, was apparently in good spirits. The deceased was a resident of Isle of Wight county, in this State, where it is believed he has relatives. His remains were escorted to the burial ground by a detachment of Company "A" and members of the Tailors' Society, of this city.
