Painful Accident. --On Monday last, a painful tragedy occurred in Isle of Wight county, Va. Mr. Nathan Mountfort, a worthy citizen of the county, was out hunting turkeys in a field near his residence, when he imagined that he saw a turkey about 30 yards distant in the corner of the fence, and fired his gun, immediately running to see what he had killed, when to his great surprise he discovered his nephew John Hall, a youth about 17 years old, lying in the agonies of death. Neither supposed the other near.-- Suffolk Sun, 18th.
