Kanawha county. A letter from Charleston, Kanawha county, states that James H. Brown was elected Judge of the Kanawha Circuit, on the 38th December, under the Wheeling Government. And the writer adds: "Can you imagine a greater fall from our late worthy incumbent, Judge McComas! Who could have supposed that his mantle would have thus fallen? O! Tempora. O! Mores." Mr. Brown was elected to the House of Delegates, last May, from Kanawha county, but has since turned traitor, and been Kanawha county, states that James H.
