Manchester. --An election of Trustees for the town of Manchester was held on the 27th of April, the following gentlemen being chosen to fill the position, viz: John H. Hatcher, C. C. McRae, Claiborn Burnett, P. D. McKinney, Wm, H. Garnett, Emmett W Weisiger, and James Batler.
