Arrest of Col. Menefree. --Col. Menefree, who shot and killed Samuel Newberry, in Wise county, Va., some weeks since, and who made his escape after committing the deed, was arrested in McMinn county, Tenn., on Monday last, and is now on his way to Wise county to be tried. The deceased was attending his mother's funeral at the time he was killed.
