County roads. --The County Court of Henrico will meet on Monday next, when Commissioners should be appointed to report on the condition of the various roads leading to this city, so that they could be improved before winter sets in. If something is not done with many of them, all travel will of necessity be suspended, and the people will be cut off from all markets. There are but three months left to make improvements, and if they are not properly employed nothing can be then done until next summer.
