following interesting article about the withdrawal of the Federal fleet from the Potomac: The Federal blockading flotilla which has been in the vicinity of Aquia creek, consisting at times of from one to ten steamers and tugs, left that vicinity on Sunday and Monday last, and not one had re-appeared up as late as Wednesday eveomac of such peril as only to be attempted under pressing circumstances. For five months the Federals have maintained a vigilance worthy a better cause oil Aquia Creek, but all of a sudden every vessel has been withdrawn and "the coast is clear." On Wednesday, for the first time, the waters of the noble Potomac were honorg the proud flag of the Confederate Government.
