Runaway in Jail. --A negro man, himself Albert, was committed to the Jail of Charlotte county, Va., on the 28th day of August, 1864, as the property of John Otey, of . He is of brown complexion; about twenty-eight or thirty years of age; and five feet three inches high; and had on when committed, coat and pants of -mixed homespun, and a vest of black with metal buttons.
