Very respectfully, your obedient servant, the Atlanta, sent, through the kindness of Colonel Barton, by telegraph from Fort Pulaski. The Atlanta, Captain William Webb, came down this morning, via Wilmingto removed to the steamer Island City, which had been kindly brought over from Fort Pulaski by Colonel Barton, United States army.
