Arrivals from Europe. --The steamer Arago arrived at New York on Tuesday, from Havre, with 250 tons of freight, and the following among other passengers; Hon. John P. Stockton and family, late U. S. Minister at Rome, Hon. Henry C. Murphy and family, late U. S. Minister at the Hague; A. French, Esq., late U. S. Consul at Aix laChapell; C. H. Jones, Esq., late attache to the U. S. Legation, Vienna; Lieut. S. C. Barney, U. S. N., and family, and Lieut, Oscar Hartmann, of the Swedish army.

In the Washington Star of Thursday evening we find the following: Fairfax County, Va., Sept. 5. --From information, of the correctness of which there can be no question, I can inform you that at present there are no disunion troops at Vienna; a picket guard only being kept there. Immediately around Flint Hill — half way between Falls Church and Fairfax Court-House — there are the remains of four South Carolina regiments--Kershaw's, Cash's, Bacon's and Williams'--reduced to about half their original number by the contingencies of their service, principally through sickness. One hundred Dollars Reward. --Runaway from the subscriber, on the 6th instant, at Vienna, Virginia, a Mulatto Boy named Sam. Said Boy is about 20 years of age, 5 feet 5 or 6 inches high. He had on when he left a pair of white Orenburg pants and a cheeked shirt; no coat; is rather slow spoken; no particular marks remembered. The above reward will be given for sufficient proof to convict any white person of assisting said Boy in effecting his escape; or twenty-five Dollars will be paid for his safe delivery either to myself or in any jail where I can get him.
