A letter from Philadelphia, July 8th, says: A party of Confederate prisoners, 18 in number, arrived in the city yesterday from Harrisburg — They were captured by Fremont's forces in the Valley of the Shenandoah, and are on the way to Fort Delaware to await exchange. They are rather a rough looking set.
