Hustings Court. --This Court yesterday fined Wm. Edwards and Howison Wallace ten dollars each, for allowing their slaves to go at large, and sent on for trial before Judge Lyons, John Shelly, charged with stealing $100 from J. W. Gravely, at the Columbian Tavern. We are requested by the Court to state that the misdemeanor docket will be tried to-day, and that if the witnesses in the various cases are present, the Court will proceed to hear and determine the cases without reference to the absence of counsel. Our opinion is that the latter head better be present.
