Rawlings, Chaplain, 103d Va, Lt. A. S. Billingsly, 101st Pa; lt. O. McCall, 103d Pa; J. D. Lewis, Surgeon 85th N. Y.; A. R. Frick, Surgeon 105th N. Y., and N. Mayer, Surgeon 16th Conn. Accompanying these officers were two negroes, partially dressed in Federal uniforms, who were claimed as servants. They were all committed to the Libby prison, the general depository of Yankee officers.
