Bad Boy. --A "youth of talents rare," in the line of mischief, named Wm. Collier, was carried before the Mayor, yesterday, for indulging his passion to the extent of behaving disorderly in the 2d market-house, and smashing up a lot of personal property belonging to Thos. Whitlock. The juvenile offender was lectured as to the probable termination of a career begun under such unfavorable auspices, and was then let off, the Mayor having no house of correction at command to teach him good manners.
