Homicide. --Richard F. Williams, a free negro, charged with killing his brother, Wm. H. Williams, on Thursday night last, in Rocketts, was before the Mayor last Saturday, and, without examination, was remanded for felony to the next term of the Hustings Court. The accused, after committing the deed, made no effort to escape, alleging that his brother and himself were playing, and that he merely threw a piece of plaster at him for fun, without designing to injure or hit him. Unluckily the missile struck the deceased in the right temple, causing his instant death.
