Confederate States Congress. Senates--The Senate met yesterday at 12 o'clock. Prayer by the Rev. Mr. Mintage rode, of the Episcopal Church. Mr. Wilson, of Ala, introduced a bill to explain and amend the law relating to impressments. Referred to the Joint Committee of Impressments. Mr. Jamison, of Ala., introduced a bill to create a Department of Foreign and interior Supplies, and to regulate the collection of import and export duties. Referred to the Committee on Commerce. Mr. Hill's motion to reconsider the vote by which was passed the bill to allow reporters of the Press Association to purchase nations was taken up, and the vote being reconsidered, the bill was rejected.
