Arrests. --The civil police accomplished the arrest, yesterday, of John Daley, for going into Ro. S. Watkins's house and stealing a saddle worth $10, and of Elizabeth Turner, for receiving the same, knowing it to have been stolen. Also, of Frances Peppercorn, for violently assaulting and cutting Wm. Taylor and John T. Pinkhorn with a knife. Mike Shelan and Thos. Wilson were locked up for stealing $10 in bank notes from J. J. Harrold.
