Winder. Armstrong McGuire, lately turned out of the Penitentiary was arraigned for drunkenness and trespassing on James Cary, and was allowed to go at, large upon condition that he would leave the city forthwith. Conway, a slave, was ordereton Goodrick, charged with violently, assaulting and beating some one was present to meet the accusation.
