I have been unable to learn where Company I was recruited, though it was probably in Estill County.
There are no known rolls of this company in existence.
Its officers were:
Captain—Jack May, shot and killed while a prisoner of war. First Lieutenant—T. Corbin. Second Lieutenant—M. Rein.
