Hustings Court.
--This Court met yesterday pursuant to adjournment — Present; Recorder James K. Caskie, and a full bench of Aldermen.
John H. Wright, Richard D. Sanxay, and Marcellus T. Starke, qualified as Notaries Public.
Samuel E. Fox, for permitting his slave Royall to go at large and hire himself out contrary to law was fined $10 and costs.
