Barlow, Silas Noble, James W. Spelman. The town-clerk and town-treasurer in the years 1861, 1863, and 1865, was R. S. Brown; in 1862 and 1864, L. N. Shepard. The information we have received from Granville is quite deficient. Nothing appears to have been done by the town in its corporate capacity during the years 1861 and 1862.
