Heavy Theft --Albert, slave to M. Mangum, was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday to answer the charge of stealing three gold watches and one silver watch from Alexander Nott, on Saturday night last. The showed that Albert, with other negroes, attended the night auction, and that while the crowd were attending the sale, Albert cut a glass out of one of the show cases, and helped himself to four watches. Indeed, he was detected by Mr. Nott's servant, Anderson, while his hands were in thrday night last.
