Arkansas election. Fayetteville, Ark., Feb. 18. --At the election to-day a large number of votes were cast against holding a Convention. Upon raising a large Union flag, the stars and stripes, over the Court-House, the enthusiasm of the crowd was unbounded, and cheer after cheer was sent up. [second Dispatch.] Fort Smith, Ark., Feb. 20. --The counties of Benton, Washington, Sebastian, and Crawford, in the western part of Arkansas, gave 4,000 Union majority, and the same against holding a Convention.
