Mr. Montague asked leave to record his vote against laying on the table the resolution for printing the addresses of the Southern Commissioners, he having been necessarily absent at the time the vote was taken. Leave was granted accordingly. Mr. Branch moved that the resolution be taken up from the table. He had voted under a misapprehension, having forgotten that the Convention had passed a resolution requesting the Co
