United States vessels at the Navy-yard. The sloop-of-war Jamestown, which was taken off the dry-dock last week, will be fitted for sea in a short time. The steamer Water Witch was put upon the dock on Thursday, and will be launched again to-morrow. Orders have been received from Washington to fit out the Water Witch for service immediately. The Water Witch carries four guns, and is a substantial fast-sailing vessel.
