Rockingham. --We hear from reliable sources that there is a great change of public sentiment in Rockingham county, brought about by the determination of the Northern Government to coerce the South. We can scarcely expect any other result in any county of Virginia, whether East or West, which deserves to be called a Virginia county. Rockingham, long the banner county of one of the great political parties, now bids fair to be what is better, the banner county of Southern Independence in the Virginia Valley. Let us hope that we shall soon see a Tenth Legion there as powerful and united in the cause of country as it has been in that of the Democracy. Thus Saith the People!
