Mr.Price of Greenbrier, called up his resolution, offered last evening, which he now modified as follows:
Resolved,That the 33d rule of the Convention be and the samethe facts in connection with the proceedings of last evening.
The resolutions of the gentleman from Harrison, by universal consent, he said, were passed by, and Mr. Price's resolution was taken up. It was then suggested that no quorum was present, and a vote could not be taken until there was a quorum.
