Conflagration in Hickman--twenty-seven houses burned.
--An extensive fire was raging in Hickman, Kentucky, on Sunday, when the steamer Jane Franklin passed that point, from Memphis, for Cincinnati.
Twenty-seven houses, in the business portion of the city, had been destroyed, and five others were still in flames when she left.
The loss is heavy.
