Mob law Triumphant.
A Cincinnati correspondent of the Charleston Mercury writes (April 22,) as follows:
Hostility to the entire South is now apparent, not withstanding the very honeyed language used, as long as there were any hopes of preventing the Border States from joining them, to hurl back the hosts of abolition troops which "Old Abe" is concentrating for the purpose of subjugation.
