--We have positive information that Ed. Willett of the Cairo Gazette, has been appointed Colonel of a regiment of Kalamazoo Mosquitoes, now forming on the borders of that delightful summer resort.
The colonel is admirably fitted in every way for the position, having had a larger experience in running up "bills" than any other man in Cairo.
