Among the arrivals here yesterday were Philip St. George Cocke, Powhatan; A. B. Gray. Norfolk; Robert Johnson, Clarksburg, (formerly State Auditor,) who has been driven from his home by armed abolition incendiaries; John Taylor, Culpeper; G. H. Hill, C. S. A; A. Alexander Little, editor of the Fredericksburg News, and others. The venerable Ex-President, John Tyler, was in Richmond also yesterday, seeming to be in the enjoyment of most excellent health and spirits, despite the fact that his mansion and grounds have been stolen from him by Lincoln's minions, and a foreign flag raised over them.
