Discharged. --John T. Butier and James Harrold were arraigned before the Mayor yesterday for breaking into the office of D. Lambert, in the day-time, with intent to commit larceny. These youths had the appearance of entire ignorance of tonsorial operations, and soap was evidently a stranger to their persons. Thinking it probable that they entered with a view to warm themselves, the Mayor benevolently allowed them to depart, advising them to stick to their profession of opening oysters, and warning them that if they tried openings, and warning them that if they tried opening houses again they would assuredly go to the chain-gang.
