Convention of Banks. --The following resolution was unanimously adopted by the Bank Convention, held at Atlanta, Georgia, on the 3d instant: Resolved, That when this Convention adjourns, it adjourn to meet again on the 24th instant, at Richmond, Va., and do invite all Banks within the Confederacy who have not been represented here, to send delegates to their next meeting. In accordance with the above resolution the Convention will meet at Richmond, Va., on the 24th inst., James S. Gibbes, Secretary.
