The Pastoral letter of the Bishop of Natchitoches. The Catholic Standard, of the 15th instant, published at New Orleans, contains a long pastoral letter written by the Right Reverend Aug. M. Martin. We append the following closing paragraphs: On the frontiers of our Confederacy two hundred thousand of our brethren, undup prayers, communions, and good works, for the ends above mentioned.
