From a late number of the New York Tribune, in our possession, we extract a portion of one of its correspondence from Old Point Comfort, as throwing some little light on matters in this section, and also giving the tattle of some of those who leave here for the North: Several companies of the Indianian will embark in the Spaulding for Hatteras this evening.
